Anything you can imagine can be included. We offer packages comprising of everything from your premium seat at the event, exclusive helicopter transfers from the airport and a wide range of accommodation options to unique activities such as yacht day trips and gastronomic experiences.

Your tickets will be safely shipped to you via DHL with a tracking code approximately 2 to 4 weeks prior to the event. If your purchase occurred close to the event, you will receive an e-voucher that you will print and use to collect your tickets at the Ticket Collection Point at the event.

Your tickets will be shipped approximately 2 to 4 weeks prior to the event if your method is shipping. If your delivery method is Pick-up, you will collect your tickets at the time of the event.

You can change the delivery address until your tickets are shipped. Please contact us to do so. Please note that your delivery address is not changed until you receive a confirmation from us.

Yes, we want to make sure the package arrives to you safely. DHL is delivering tickets during daytime. Please make sure to provide a delivery address where you, or someone of your confidence, can sign for the tickets during the day. DHL highly encourages you to use your office address as delivery address.

DHL will attempt to deliver your order to the address you have provided three times. If the delivery fails on the third attempt, the tickets will be sent back to us. The order will be shipped to you again, but you need to pay the additional delivery cost for resending the tickets.

We accept major credit cards, Paypal, as well as bank transfers.

This means that the data is transferred after being encrypted to the highest level and thus cannot be abused by third parties. For certain events and packages, reduced-price child or junior tickets are available. Please contact us for more information and age restrictions.

We are not able to issue tickets for disabled people. Instead, please contact the circuit/arena/event organiser directly in order to get the best information and service regarding accessibility for disabled people.
