To give you a sense of the history surrounding this race track, the first races took place on Phillip Island way back in the 1920s, and it’s not hard to see why. This is one of the only race tracks in the MotoGP™ calendar that is located next to the sea, giving it a truly unique atmosphere. It’s also one of the fastest tracks on the calendar, with a top speed of 348,0km/h this is achieved by a fluid track, with slight corners, followed by quick straights.
